General Description

This website serves as a group registration form and also a production tool. It incorporates a series of user friendly forms to collect information and formats the user data to be incorporated into individual yearbook pages for print.

It is designed for use by all ages and allows users to input data on a password protected page, review their data prior to submitting, and place an online order through Paypal to purchase a printed book.

This design is accompanied by a custom responsive HTML email template for promotions.
